7 Plus Minibus — private hire minibus transfers

Legal

Terms & conditions

Last updated 31 August 2026

These terms cover use of this website and the arrangement of a private hire transfer with 7 Plus Minibus Ltd ("7 Plus", "we", "us"). They are written in plain English and are being finalised — the binding terms for any transfer are the ones confirmed with you in writing when your booking is accepted. Nothing here is legal advice.

1. Enquiries and quotes

  • Sending the quote form, emailing us or messaging us is an enquiry, not a booking.
  • Guide prices shown on this site are indicative only. A price for your trip is given after we review your details, and that price is fixed for the journey once we have quoted it in writing.
  • A quote is based on the information you give us. If the trip changes — timing, addresses, passenger or luggage numbers, extra stops, waiting — the price may be re-quoted.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us: pick-up and drop-off addresses, dates and times, passenger and luggage numbers, and any flight or ship information.

2. Booking and confirmation

  • A transfer is only booked once we confirm it to you in writing. Until then no vehicle is reserved for you.
  • The confirmation sets out the agreed journey, date and time, price, and anything specific to your trip. Please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
  • Payment method and timing are set out in your confirmation. We do not take card details through this website.

3. Changes and cancellations

  • Changes by you. Tell us as early as you can. We will do what we can to accommodate a change; a significant change may affect the price or, occasionally, whether we can cover the trip.
  • Cancellation by you. Let us know as soon as possible. Any cancellation charge, and the notice period it applies from, is set out in your booking confirmation and depends on how close to the pick-up time you cancel.
  • No-show. If no passenger is at the pick-up point and we cannot reach you after waiting a reasonable time, the trip may be treated as a cancellation.
  • Cancellation by us. We would only cancel in circumstances outside our reasonable control (for example a vehicle becoming unavailable, severe weather, or a road closure). If that happens we will tell you as soon as possible, help arrange an alternative where we can, and refund any payment for a trip we cannot provide.

4. On the day

  • We aim to arrive in good time for the pick-up. Journey times allow for normal conditions; they cannot account for exceptional traffic, weather or events.
  • For airport and cruise pick-ups the confirmed price includes up to 30 minutes of free waiting time, so a delayed arrival is not a problem. Other journeys include up to 10 minutes. Waiting beyond what was agreed, or extra stops added on the day, may be chargeable.
  • Where you have given us a flight number we can track the flight and adjust the pick-up where practical.
  • The number of passengers and the amount of luggage must not exceed what was agreed and what the vehicle safely allows.

5. Luggage and lost property

  • Tell us about all luggage, including oversized or awkward items (pushchairs, wheelchairs, sports equipment), when you enquire so the right vehicle is arranged.
  • Luggage is carried at your own risk. Please check you have all your belongings before the vehicle leaves.
  • If you think something has been left in a vehicle, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to locate it and arrange its return; return postage or a collection trip may be chargeable. Unclaimed items are held for a reasonable period and then disposed of.

6. Conduct and safety

  • Seat belts must be worn where fitted. Child seats can be requested when you book.
  • For everyone's safety, we may refuse to carry, or end a journey for, any passenger who is abusive, threatening, or behaving in a way that puts the driver or others at risk. No refund is due in that case.
  • Eating, drinking alcohol and smoking or vaping in the vehicle are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
  • Any damage or soiling caused to the vehicle by a passenger may be charged for.

7. If something goes wrong — complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of your transfer, contact us as soon as you can — ideally within a few days — with your booking reference and what happened. We will look into it and respond. If a matter cannot be resolved directly, you may be able to raise it with the licensing authority for the private hire operator.

8. Liability

  • We arrange transfers using licensed drivers and vehicles with insured private-hire arrangements.
  • We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or that were caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or by inaccurate information provided to us.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Your information

How we handle the details you send us is set out in our privacy notice. Cookies and similar storage are covered in our cookies statement.

10. Information on this site

We try to keep the information here accurate and current. Service details and guide prices may change; if anything matters to your trip, confirm it with us when you enquire.

11. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part is found not to apply, the rest still stands. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your booking is the one in place when we confirm it.
